The Treatment Workout
Today's full body workout will begin with some pseudo-plyometric single leg drop squats w/ a lateral bound to work on deceleration (your ability to absorb force). Then we progress to some single leg exercises to work on hip stability. We'll finish er off with a fun core circuit.
