Naturally, I think about pumpkin spiced lattes on the daily but I choose not to eat all that sugar and processed chemicals. So, I had to get my fix somehow so I made this delicious shake.
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
5 ice cubes
1 cup almond milk
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
3/4 cup of pumpkin purée
Add water until you’re at your desired thickness. I probably added 1/4 cup. ✨To feel fancy sprinkle with more cinnamon! ✨
