This Berry Burst smoothie entices you with it’s beautiful lavender color, is quite refreshing, and easy to make.
You could eat this as a meal replacement 1-2 hours prior to a workout or after a workout!
Blend:
2 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp blueberries
1 large strawberry
1/2 banana
1 scoop Vanilla protein powder (I use Vega Sport)
3/4 cup almond or coconut milk
3-4 ice cubes
Add water slowly to get the consistency you prefer. I added a little more than a 1/4 cup.
