Chocolate Hummus

1/8 cup maple syrup

1/8 cup monkfruit

1 can of chic peas

1/2 cup peanut butter

1/2 Avacado

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Fruit of your choice

1/2 container of Strawberries 1 banana,

Mini chocolate chips optional

Full fat canned coconut milk optional but good to have on hand anyway.

1. Combine all ingredients usuing a good processor. Process until creamy and smooth.

2. Top with mini chocolate chips if you prefer.

3. To make thinner consistency add in a neutral oil like avacado oil or canned full fat coconut milk. (I did not try this-I went with a thicker consistency.
