Less than 5 minute Hummus

This recipe is seriously so easy to make and you cnontrol every ingredient! I can make this is under 5 minutes if I have somewhere to be and need a snack to bring.

  1. 1 can-15 ounces of garbanzo/chickpeas-drained

  2. 2-3 cloves of garlic (less if you don’t want it too garlicky)

  3. Juice of 1/2 of a lemon

  4. Pink Himalayan salt to taste

  5. Black Pepper to taste

  6. 1/4 tsp paprika

  7. 1/4 cup of olive oil

  8. Veggies of your choice (cucumbers/celery/carrots/squash) or Stacy’s Pita Chips to dip

  9. Place the beans, garlic, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and paprika into food processor or blender and blend until combined(as much as it will do).

  10. With the food processor on, drizzle the olive oil in until it gets to your desired consistency. If it’s still too dry you can add a little bit of water. I usually add water so it’s more creamy.

  11. Chop up some fresh vegetables (cucumbers/carrots/squash) to dip or buy some Stacy’s Pita chips (those chips are addicting so be careful).
