Sweet Potato Protein Shake

This is a delicious easy to make shake to take with you when you’re on the go.

Blend all ingredients:

  1. 4 ounces cooked sweet potato

  2. 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

  3. 1 tsp cinnamon

  4. 1 pinch salt

  5. 6 ice cubes

  6. Add 8-12 ounces water until you get the thickness you prefer
